Clio is owned and operated by Alejo Holdings, 4637 Willis Ave #208, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use Clio. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and maintaining accurate account details.

3. Platform Use and Payments

Clio provides tools for campaign discovery, creator applications, deliverable submissions, and compensation workflows. Payments, gifting, and approvals should be handled through the platform when applicable.

4. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of original content. By uploading content to Clio, they grant brands the usage rights outlined in the relevant campaign agreement.

5. Prohibited Conduct
