You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

Clio provides tools for brands to post campaigns and for creators to apply, submit content, and receive compensation. All agreements, deliverables, and communications must occur through the platform.

Clio facilitates payments between brands and creators. All compensation—whether cash, gifting, or service-based—must be approved and processed through Clio.

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content to Clio, you grant the brand a license to use that content as outlined in the campaign agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in any harmful behavior on the platform.

Clio is provided "as is." We do not guarantee campaign success, uninterrupted service, or specific results from using the platform.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Clio indicates your acceptance of any changes.
